- Wallpaper cannot be returned without a handling fee of 30% being levied. The refund will only be affected upon receipt of the cancelled goods.
- No quality complaints can be accepted after fifteen (15) days from date of invoice.
- Once the product has been cut, or installed, it cannot be returned.
- No wallpaper claims will be accepted if the correct glue was not used or the installation instructions were not followed and in the event of this information not being available upon the request of the claim.
- No claim will be accepted if a wallpaper has been chemically treated after purchase.
- Dye-lot variations occur in all wallpaper and are unavoidable, Magma Wallcovering (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable if the dye-lot purchased is no longer available, upon a reorder of a particular design code. One should always make provision for attic stock, in the event of damages, etc.
- Delivery time’s, are dependent on the availability of products. In the event of a product ordered being available, it will dispatched within 24 working hours, if an item is not available in stock, Magma Wallcovering (Pty) Ltd will notify you in email of the delivery time. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided your correct delivery information & contact detail’s, we are not responsible for loss or damage as a result of incorrect information being provided, or delays occurring as a result.
- No orders will be dispatched until full payment reflects & is cleared in our bank account.
